Don’t miss a visit to the 18th-centurychurch of Sainte-Maxime and the Musée du phonographe et de la musique mécanique, with its collection of instruments unique in Europe. For those who like to stroll around, the marina is a must, where you can admire the moored boats while enjoying an artisanal ice cream.
And why not take a short trip to Saint-Tropez? The nearby Gulf of Saint Tropez is also a remarkable site.

Sainte-Maxime’s fine sandy beaches are a sanctuary for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts. Among the most famous is Plage de la Nartelle, a vast stretch of sand prized by families for its relaxed atmosphere and shallow waters.
Plage des Sardinaux is another gem, surrounded by natural coves ideal for snorkeling. If you prefer a more tranquil setting, head for Plage de la Garonnette. It’s known for being less crowded, offering a romantic and serene setting.
La pointe des Sardinaux: a jewel of nature
Just a few minutes from Sainte-Maxime lies the Pointe des Sardinaux, nicknamed ” Little Corsica ” for its wild landscapes and unspoilt atmosphere. This natural peninsula is the perfect place for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.

On the shores of the Mediterranean, the emerald-colored vegetation of the Massif des Maures contrasts with the deep blue of the sea. This verdant massif is criss-crossed by the Corniche des Maures, a tourist route that takes in the most beautiful nooks and crannies of the massif to the west of Saint-Tropez. This beautiful circuit , which penetrates the Maures massif, is rugged and takes you along sometimes deserted roads over 7 passes.
